As for me, the location was stunning and excellent, just off areas that were open downstairs, stores, galleries and the adjoining Italian restaurant. I had some drinks at Fergie's Pub, positioned 800 feet away.

The rooms are very spacious and filled with useful amenities such as bathrobes, refrigerated drawers stocked with drinks, and comfortable bedding. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, ensuring that all guests feel right at home. Not to mention the breathtaking view of the city skyline from the high floor suites and the delicious breakfast options.
It's disappointing that guests are charged for additional fees and services that should be included in the high room rates.
